An automated facility to assemble and stack plastic crates.

An operator manually loads the crate base into the fixture with the front and back sections loosely placed in position. The side sections are loaded into their respective fixtures. The main head then click assembles the front and back sections. The two side sections are then clicked into place.

The assembled crate is transfered to the stacking position at the rear of the machine and index stacked to a preset number.

Once the correct number of crates is achieved the stack is lifted and transferes onto the gravity roller conveyor to `roll down` to deliver for unloading.
